We installed the Froli system.
After a few adjustments, we LOVE our berth!
No complaints at all. It is very adjustable, and it's better than the expensive Sleep Number bed in our house.

I changed to Dyneema several years ago. Loved it.

Last year I replaced the original mats. New mats came with Dyneema.

Do it! It stretches out the air over a short time, so you will need to readjust them a bit, but the result is SO worth it !

Works great. I installed one in 2001.
I use the preventers on the end of the boom with the mainsheet as a vang.
The company was very helpful in getting everything just right.

I purchased my DF1000 (#15) used in 2000.
I adjusted the ama / aka nuts not with a torque setting, but to the point where there just started to be a very slight bind when folding, then I backed off just enough for the bind to disappear. No problems since.

I took out the hinges and had the holes welded smaller.
I then filed them to fit the original pins.
Worked fine, that was at least ten years ago.

Mine are original, but I personally resewed them with GoreTex Thread.
They'll probably last forever.
I will probably follow TC's lead on replacements after I see his.
His dog will probably vouch for their comfort!

I have a DF1000, but the shape needed is similar.
Several years ago, I replaced the blocks on my original cradle.
I used 4"x4" blocks about a foot long and rounded the tops.
I then attached some short nap carpet with integral padding.
Works great.

I resewed my DF1000 mats a couple of times with sail thread. Each time it only lasted a couple of years. Then I resewed them with Tenara thread (GoreTex) from sailrite.com That was about 8 years ago, and it looks like I sewed it yesterday. If you repair the tramps, make SURE it's with Tenara thread....

I added a line on each side with a snap shackle to the ama.
The center hull attachment is simply tied around the aft end of my bow platform and it's plenty strong imho.

On my DF1000, there are several relays for lights.
They are mounted behind the electrical panel.

Listen for the click sound and you should be able to find your relay(s).
