Isomat Isofurl profile

Post by Anders B »

Hi !
I'm considering a higher mast for my DF800, but ran into a problem regarding the forestay. The forestay on my boat is the Isofurl rod forestay(no wire inside profile). The Isomat system is very smart, without the need for a halyard with the Halyard Hoist Locking Car, but unfortunately they don't produce it anymore. The question is therefore:
1. does anybody know about a replacement rod ?
2. Is there anybody else which have a need for this profile, then pls contact me.

I appreciate this may now be too late for you but:

a) I'd be interested in buying your profile if still available and b) there's a website in the US which states that all isofurl hardware is still available (although they are only contactable by fax so I haven't yet been able to verify).

Kind Regards,
