800 Cold and warm

Post by Nille »

To get the new forum started, I'm interested to know how DF800 cruisers keep their food cold in the warm season and themselves warm in the cold season.

I'm thinking of building a coolbox the size of the under cockpit drawer so it can be removed at times when you want to keep weight low.

But maybe there are other solutions and tricks?

Hi Nille
One small detail - put wheels under the box. It will be much easier to pull out.

And make sure you can leave the box with the lid open - and still enter the cabin wihtout stepping into the box - because if you let the box stand without power for a week - there will be green things growing in the box.
