Genica tack line

Post by buckle.roger »

On the starboard side of my 920 in the anchor locker there is a hole ( similar to the one on the prot side for the geny furling line) which I asume is for the tack line for the genica back to the cockpit ? if so how does the tack line get out of the anchor locker to the end of the bow sprit ?

Tack line comes up from the anchor locker first through a turning block mounted on the floor of the locker, then through a block flush mounted on deck. This is the same style as the line for adjustable backstay. From the block the line stretches to the end of the bowsprit.
