Main cabin lights. Bad connection

Post by Mika Harju »

Right line of my roof lights works now and then. I have checked the fuse and the switch connections without any success. I think -0V line has bad connection somewhere, but my problem is I do not know where does this supply and wiring of it come from. Any ideas and/or connection diagrams?

Check the relay connections On my boat, (#15) they're on the back side of the electrical panel. The relays are latching types and they're mounted on the side of the locker. If they look ok, swap the aft one with the middle one to see if the problem changes to the port side. If it does, the relay is at fault.

I could not find any relays on my system. The connection diagram (and the boat) has only automated fuses and normal NO-NC switches. Any ideas?
