I'll take a stab at it, I don't have this set up on my boat - but I'll guess that it may be a fan or blower control for the heater?

Yes Ted is right. It is the control for the Espar heater.

It is Ebersprächer heater temperature control button. I do have this also. Your boat seems to have both Wallas and Eberi heater controls.

thanks to all for your replies, I have already disconnected the wallas heater, I don't need it as the boat will be used in mediterrannean sea and only during spring and summer seasons.
I have to remove this too.

You can buy a chartplotter for what you can get for that heater.......
