Replacing ama lid seals

Post by Vimsa »

The round ama lids on the old Dragonfly 800 MkI/26 are sealed with a rage o-ring (25 cm in diameter) made in some kind of neoprene rubber material.
Does anyone know where to find replacements for these?

I have searched and found a dealer. But they didn't have these neoprene type of o-rings. That's why I asked in case it's some kind of special type which are not really called o-rings.

There's nothing special about them.
All they need to do is keep out water.
I replace mine (also the hatch handle seals) almost yearly.
The hatch seals I get at Ace Hardware.
