tiller rod connector

Post by Jon Leyland »

ImageHi all. I own 920 no.54, FLY FLY. The tiller rod connecting the tiller to the outboard is shown in the attached photo. Do any of the forum members recognise this fitting and whether it is still available . I have the same fitting on the tiller extension but ,somehow, at the end of last season the extension 'disappeared so would like to track down this fitting and make a new one. So far no luck with the usual chandlery manufacturers.
Thanks in anticipation - Jonathan

Many years ago I had the same problem. Couldn't find it in the US. Ordered it from Quorning...

Thanks for the response. I did email Quorning a few months ago but have had no reply. Perhaps I'll try again.

Contact Nina at aftersales@dragonfly.dk. She is very responsive!

Send her a picture of the item and detailed description as well as you hull number. She was able to find me a replacement piece for my winch that I didn't know the name of.
