Offshore Special Regulations (OSR) / Pulpits Lifelines

Hi.

We plan to participate in a race, in order to participate you must comply with Offshore Special Regulations cat 3.
But when I come to section 3.14 regarding Pulpits, Stanchions, Lifelines //3.14.1 The perimeter of the deck surrounded by system of lifelines.

I have a hard time see how we can fulfill this requirement.
We have The trampolines (nets?) and we plan to have jackstays.

Does anyone have experience with this issue.
