line sizes?

Can anyone confirm the ACTUAL diameter of main sail sheet and genoa sheet?

The spec in the manual says 10 mm 18 m for both. I verified the length. However, the diameter appears to be 11 mm.

Also, how do you decide to replace the sheets? I replaced my genoa sheets when it was chafed where it goes from the deck to the easylocks. The main sheet feels very fuzzy but does not have outright chafe.

My boat is 2003.
