Adriatic Sea, slipways and harbours with crane

I want to trail my Dragonfly to the Adriatic Sea this summer. The boat shall be put in the water in the very north of Adriatic Sea, e.g. Venice (Venedig) area.
Who did that before? Somebody out there who knows a suitable slipway for Dragonflies or a harbour with crane that charges reasonable prices?
Also a safe place for car and trailer during holiday needed.
