I need to replace my trampolines this winter. They are worn out and PVC border reinforcements and stitchings are damaged by UV.
I found these companies making new ones:

Sunrise (multihullnets.com) rebuilt mine a few years ago. Very reasonable price too!
Quality of workmanship is excellent.
They sewn-on all new reinforcing on the ends, and patched a few holes also.
I want to say it was in the price range of $300.00! Far cheaper than buying new tramps.
Best thing I found to do with them, is over the winter when you are not using the boat, take them off and store out of the sunlight.

I have tried to contact Sunrise with several emais, but all my emails are returned without connection. I am wondering is the company still running?
BTW we do not have problems with too much sun light here up in north (about 22E, 60N) during our loooooong winter. Daylight time is less than 6 hours in mid winter!

We have some short days here in the North East also, not six hours.

I got the new set today. Quality looks good. They were made by a local company here in Finland:

The price was 900 euros for the set of 4 trampolines. All material was manufactured by Ferrari and all seams were both welded and stitched.

I see you have replaced the stainless steel rear support for the triangle trampolines with dyneema. How did you attach each end to the attachment points?

Just a knot of right style. Take a look at page 14.

Dyneema has a really low friction factor so it is slippery and all knots are not good for it.

Your comment on Dyneema knots slipping is very true. both my bow sprit down haul and more importantly my outhaul for the trampolin both let go with good old bowlines, just slipped undone

I'm a new DF 1000's owner and I expect to change the whole set of trampolines.
your local supplier seems to be very cheap, are you fully satisfied with your new set's quality and do you feel as confident with it compared to the original one?
Do you have any idea of the delay for making a new one?

They are better than original ones. All PVC border reinforcements are both welded and sewed. Ferrari material is slightly more slippery than the original one. Dyneema ropes are a good solution.

I could give my old trampolines once again for them as a template. They do already have all the technical drawings I have made before.
I could also go there and accept the delivery when it will be ready for shipment.

If the new set for some reason does not fit to your DF I do not want to take any response of it.

Give your email, and I´ll ask them to quote you.

One note more about Dyneema ropes instead of steel wires: now the trampolines are much more easy to pack when folding the boat. Ropes are much more flexible.

The price 900e did not include Dyneema ropes nor shackles needed. Total cost will be about 1000e.
