Beware of boat heaters from Turkey

I bought too cheap Eberspacher Airtonic D4 diesel heater from Turkey a couple of weeks ago.
When installed the heater did not start at all. After double checking all external connections I took a look inside the heater. All connectors were open and heat exchanger was assembled totally wrong way.
The serial number was scratched away so the heater might be built up from stolen parts. There is no warranty from manufacturer for these cases.
