DRAGONFLY Trimarans User Forum

I ve seen photos in the forum where some one was redrilling the hinge and install thicker pins.

I think they use a reamer and made up some special tool to get to both wholes in one way.

Unfortunately i cant find the post and the photos.

I need to do that on my DF right now and would like to see how that is done.

I took out the hinges and had the holes welded smaller.
I then filed them to fit the original pins.
Worked fine, that was at least ten years ago.
